The sun photographed UT 18:02 September 6th 2017. 6 hours after sunspot AR2673 unleashed a major X9.3-class solar flare. The strongest solar flare in more than a decade. Photographed through a small refractor with solar-filter, Canon 700D. From Ørsta, Norway. AR2673 is the sunspot just over the treetops.
